• In this exciting position, you will be involved in the development and implementation of new ideas that optimize our service offering and set us apart in the market.
• In close cooperation with various company divisions as well as external customers and partners, you will design and coordinate solutions that have a lasting impact and create added value.
• You will also analyze existing processes, identify optimization potential, and implement your findings into measures.
• You will manage the product lifecycle and ensure that we always meet our customers' needs.
• Furthermore, you will support the implementation and management of digital processes and projects.
• Your expertise will help us to consistently ensure the highest quality standards and optimize cooperation with external auditing institutions.

• Your successful vocational training, a completed business administration degree, and/or further training, e.g., as a specialist (m/f/d), form a solid basis for this exciting field of activity.
• You bring knowledge from the insurance industry, ideally in the area of industrial insurance.
• With at least 3 years of professional experience, you bring the necessary know-how to easily integrate into your areas of responsibility.
• With your strong communication and presentation skills, including in English, as well as your customer and solution orientation, you always keep customer satisfaction in mind during client discussions.
• Your ability for self-organization and structured work will help you to lead projects independently and effectively communicate results at all levels.
