Your new workplace We are a Catholic hospital of general care with 300 beds and departments of Internal Medicine / Gastroenterology / General-, Abdominal- and minimally invasive Surgery / Joint Surgery, Orthopedics and Traumatology / Geriatrics / Gynecology and Obstetrics / Anesthesia and Intensive Care / Wards Hematology / Oncology and Palliative Medicine as well as Ear, Nose and Throat Medicine. Attached is a school for nursing professions with 60 apprenticeships in the fields of Nursing, Midwifery, and Medical Technology. We are looking for a reference person who will support our management team in the direction of nursing. Your tasks will include supporting the head of department in strategic planning, monitoring and controlling the implementation of nursing concepts, as well as advising and training staff members. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all nursing activities are aligned with the hospital's quality management system. In addition, you will support the development of nursing standards and guidelines. Your qualifications should include a degree in nursing or a related field, several years of experience in a leadership role, and excellent communication skills.
