As Referent/in for Public Relations & Social Media (m/w/d) at the Stiftung St. Zeno Kirchseeon, you have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and value-oriented organization that is committed to promoting social welfare. In this role, you are primarily responsible for strengthening our presence and ensuring respectful, inclusive, and honest communication with the public.

Aufgaben

• Building, maintaining, and developing our Social-Media-Kanäle as well as content creation
• Creating press releases and contacting press representatives
• Preliminary preparation, communicative accompaniment, and documentation of public relations events and activities
• Conceptualization, updating, and coordination of print media
• Maintenance and further development of our website (in cooperation with IT)
• Collaboration with the personnel department in the area of personnel marketing
• Building internal and external communication structures

Qualifikation

• Completed education or study in the field of Communication, Media, Marketing, or comparable qualification
• First experiences in Public Relations, Social Media, or Marketing
• Outstanding communication skills
• Safe handling of common social media platforms
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Travel readiness within the districts EBE, RO, and MB
• Structured, independent working style
• Experience with a CMS (e.g. WordPress) is an advantage
