Referent*in (m/w/d) for Digitalization and AI

We are looking to strengthen our team by hiring a part-time Referent*in (m/w/d) for Digitalization and AI (20 hours per week, initially fixed-term for two years)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Facilitating and conceptually guiding digitalization projects
• Implementing and further developing digital tools (e.g. Microsoft 365, client software)
• Participating in the digitalization of organizational processes / analyzing existing business processes and developing efficient digital workflows
• Developing consulting and support offers for employees in the field of digitalization
• Organizing and conducting information events and workshops for employees
• BUILDING KI KNOW-HOW AND APPLYING KI IN THE OFFERINGS AND ACTIVITY FIELDS OF THE ORGANIZATION

You Should Bring

• A relevant education or comparable practical experience in the field of digitalization and digital transformation
• Experience working with modern communication media and digital work environments
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, ideally with project management experience
• Desirable: Experience with low-code platforms (e.g. Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated, structured, and solution-oriented work style
• Outstanding teamwork skills
• Personal development readiness and ability to recognize and integrate new digital developments into the structure
