Tasks You will identify independently Maintenance tasks for real estate properties, including but not limited to: * Conducting regular property inspections * Identifying and reporting any defects or damage * Coordinating maintenance work with external contractors * Maintaining accurate records of property conditions and maintenance activities * Collaborating with colleagues to ensure effective communication and coordination. Requirements You have a degree in Real Estate Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. You have at least 2 years of experience in real estate management, preferably in the energy sector. You are familiar with the German Real Estate Code (Immobilienrecht) and have knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. You possess excellent communication and organizational skills. You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
