In the role of Referent:in Finanzen & Geschäftsleitung, you will have the opportunity to directly work with the management team of PAPA OSCAR on all projects at the holding and investment level. You enjoy taking responsibility, working proactively, and appreciate communication on eye level? Then you are the perfect addition to our team.

Aufgaben

• Comprehensive support in various operational and strategic projects at the holding and investment levels
• Operative and administrative support of the management in daily business
• Preparation of financial analyses, business cases, and scenario calculations at the holding and investment levels
• Analysis of monthly and quarterly reports
• Support in evaluating new investment opportunities
• Participation in due diligence processes
• Preliminary preparation of decision-making documents and management presentations from an operational and strategic perspective
• Research on markets, competitors, and industry trends
• Further insights and participation in all areas of financial and accounting affairs of the entire group

Qualifikation

• You are currently pursuing your Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable field with a financial background.
• You bring relevant practical experience in handling common MS-Office applications (especially Excel and Word).
• You think analytically and enjoy working securely with data and numbers.
• You have a basic understanding of business connections and accounting.
• You are confident in communicating in German and English.
• You take responsibility and like to tackle tasks with a high degree of self-initiative.
• You enjoy working in a young team, are communicative, and work proactively.
