To strengthen our central service company in Nürnberg, we are looking for an experienced person in the Bereich Finance & Controlling.

Aufgaben

Your tasks – financial project support with responsibility

• Fund accounting and debtors' ledger
• Labor cost accounting
• Bid preparation for engineering services
• Performance billing for engineering services and account tracking, including project-specific evaluations
• Schedule and cost tracking within the framework of project and corporate controlling
• Direct cooperation with management and project responsible persons
• Participation in optimizing financial processes and controlling instruments

Qualifikation

• Fiscal training or business administration studies with a focus on Finance / Controlling or comparable
• Multiple years of relevant professional experience in the field of Finance and/or Controlling (absolutely required)
• Experience in project-related work, ideally in an engineering or planning environment
• Familiarity with HOAI and billing for engineering services is desirable
• Safe handling of MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with ERP or controlling systems is advantageous
• Structured, self-reliant, and analytical working style
• Communication strength and sense of responsibility
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
