As an integrating instance between project portfolio (Change), service portfolio (Run), and organization, you will create transparency over priorities, dependencies, and resources.

• Prepare decision-making bases, briefings, presentations, and committee documents for COO and CPO
• Structure meetings before and after, qualify protocolize, and consistently follow up on decisions and action items
• Ensure that strategic decisions are effectively implemented into operational execution

Integrierte Portfolio- und Betriebssteuerung

• Prepare decision-making bases, briefings, presentations, and committee documents for COO and CPO
• Support the CPO in steering the overall portfolio of projects, programs, and services
• Merge information from project business (Change) and operational organization (Run) to create transparency over dependencies, priorities, risks, resources, and capacity

Schnittstellen- und Konfliktmanagement

• Identify goal conflicts between innovation initiatives and stable operational requirements early on
• Prioritize decision options for management
