With us, you can expect teamwork, interesting job profiles, diverse development paths, and a secure job in one of the most beautiful regions of Germany. Do you want to get to know us? Then apply now. We are more than just an employer. We are Sparkasse.

Your Mission:

Do you want to not only analyze numbers but also derive concrete impulses for sales from them? Are you interested in how specific goals for products, customer segments, and sales units emerge from corporate strategy?

Then you are exactly right with us!

In this responsible position, you will combine strategic thinking with operational implementation and develop sales for the future. You will keep an eye on the market and customers, recognize opportunities early, and ensure that strategic ideas are translated into concrete measures.

The following tasks await you:

You will develop strategic and operational product and business field planning based on corporate planning and translate strategic objectives into concrete goals.

You will continuously develop sales strategies and provide new impetus – based on the business strategy as well as current and future market developments.

You will derive target group, product, and communication strategies from this and develop suitable approaches for our market development.

You will translate internal and external requirements into a holistic, omnichannel sales strategy and ensure that it is implemented in practice.

You will keep our sales goals in mind and, together with the relevant departments, develop meaningful KPIs and metrics with which sales can be specifically managed and further developed.

You will drive sales forward operationally and take responsibility for the planning and implementation of sales projects.

As a liaison to associations, external partners, and other stakeholders, you will participate in central implementation topics.

You will conduct market, deviation, and root cause analyses, interpret the results, and develop concrete, tailored measures for the organization.

Your Skills:

You are characterized by an analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work – but above all, you enjoy understanding complex interrelationships and getting to the point.

In addition, you will convince with:

a successfully completed degree as a Savings Bank/Banking Specialist or a Bachelor's degree with several years of experience in sales management or controlling, or a comparable function.

a very good understanding of business processes and the control logic of a credit institution.

Experience in handling key figures, data analysis, and management reports.

MS Excel skills and ideally experience with BI, reporting, or dashboard solutions, as well as PowerPoint and think-cell.

Experience in the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe (Savings Banks Financial Group) and knowledge of OSPlus and relevant control instruments are an advantage.

Confident and audience-appropriate communication – at all levels, acting as a competent internal and external contact person.

Your Benefits:

Dedicated teamwork: You will find a collegial environment with us, where we work together towards our goals and support each other.

Diverse career and individualized further training opportunities: We invest in your development and offer you tailor-made perspectives for your professional future.

Attractive remuneration: We are a collectively bargained public employer and apply the TVöD (Collective Agreement for the Public Service) and the TVöD-BT-S. In addition to the stated annual salary range (including special payments), we offer numerous additional benefits such as EGYM Wellpass, a subsidized JobTicket, and the option of bicycle leasing as additional appreciation.

Flexible working hours: We know that your life is diverse and support this with flexible working time models.

Security and perspective: Your permanent employment contract creates a solid foundation for your future with us.
