Tax Advisor & Tax Compliance Specialist (m/f/d) – Full-time | Munich South | Direct Placement

On behalf of our partner company in the south of Munich, we are looking for you as a “Tax Advisor & Tax Compliance Specialist (m/f/d)” as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• As a Group Tax Advisor (m/f/d), you will analyze and assess complex tax issues and ensure tax compliance together with external advisors.
• In addition, you will handle matters related to income and sales taxes, tax declarations, and tax-relevant contractual arrangements.
• Furthermore, you will support with tax issues in the context of annual and quarterly financial statements, taking into account HGB and IFRS.
• In addition, you will accompany transfer pricing issues and tax audits and monitor relevant national and international tax law developments.
• You will contribute your tax expertise to projects on digitalization, process optimization, and the further development of the tax function.

Qualifications

• The basis is a degree with a focus on taxation, accounting, or auditing, or a qualification as a tax assistant (m/f/d) or balance sheet accountant (m/f/d).
• Professional experience as a Tax Advisor (m/f/d), Tax Manager (m/f/d), or Tax Specialist (m/f/d), ideally in a corporate tax department or a Wirtschaftsprüfungs- und Steuerberatungsgesellschaft (auditing and tax consulting firm), is particularly suitable.
• You have sound knowledge of tax law, especially in income and sales taxes, as well as secure accounting knowledge according to HGB.
• In addition, you possess knowledge of IFRS and experience with tax declarations, transfer pricing, or tax audits.
• Analytical thinking, a structured and very careful way of working, as well as the ability to present complex issues comprehensibly and communicate confidently with various contact persons are important.
