At the heart of safety and prevention issues, the Installation Radiation Protection Referent plays a key role in analyzing radiological risks, applying regulatory requirements, and providing operational support for installations. As a true point of reference, he contributes to the protection of people, the compliance of practices, and continuous improvement in radiation protection. Your missions will be: - Analyze radiological risks and draft instructions, recommendations, or proposals adapted to a workstation, an operation, or a project, particularly within the framework of DIMR.
- Ensure the operational implementation and compliance with regulatory and internal radiation protection requirements, guaranteeing the consistency of provisions related to intervention and monitoring radiation protection.
- Act as the primary point of contact with the Nuclear Safety Authority for his area of responsibility concerning any radiation protection-related questions.
- Manage the processing of non-conformities within his area of responsibility: opening of deviations, root cause analysis, and definition of appropriate compensatory actions.
- Ensure the application of good radiation protection practices within his area of responsibility.
- Participate in installation routines by providing advice, technical support, and coordination with the producer.
- Verify the compliance of monitoring devices, particularly through periodic checks and equipment configuration.
- Be consulted within the framework of modification projects to provide opinions and recommendations regarding radiation protection.
- Conduct training sessions, awareness campaigns, and workshops related to radiological risks.
- Contribute to crisis management events.
