Project Finance Referent (m/w/d)

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our partner company in Munich as **„**Project Finance Referent (m/w/d)“.

Tasks

• As Referent (m/w/d) Project Finance, you will take over the financial management of national projects and be responsible for comprehensive project controlling
• You will steer and monitor budgets, costs, revenues, deadlines, and liquidity flows and ensure the economic development of the project
• You will create project calculations, forecasts, reports, and usage statements
• In your role as a contact person, you will advise project leaders, department heads, and external partners on financial questions
• The preparation and accompaniment of audits, as well as the assurance of a compliant and transparent project accounting in accordance with grant regulations, complete your task portfolio

Qualification

• You bring a degree or training as an industrial clerk (m/w/d), office clerk (m/w/d), tax accountant (m/w/d), financial bookkeeper (m/w/d) or a comparable commercial qualification
• You ideally have professional experience as a project finance referent, project controller, funding manager, or financial controller or a comparable qualification
• Ideal candidates possess knowledge of public funding programs, grant regulations, and the creation of usage statements
• You convince with a well-developed numerical understanding, analytical thinking, and a structured, independent working style
• Fluent German and good English skills round out your profile
