To get closer to our goal, we are looking for a:

Reference Person Development (m/f/d)

Full-time, 40 hours

Responsibilities

• Administration and control of sick notices and absences in the HR software HRworks as well as eAU retrieval in DATEV
• Creation of employment references
• Independent administration of the company pension scheme in-house
• Execution and coordination of the pre-boarding process/recruitment
• Interface communication
• Advising our managers & Conception of personnel development measures
• Introduction and further development of suitable instruments for competence development
• Conducting internal workshops in the area of People & Culture
• Close cooperation with the Head of Personnel Management and the Management Board

Qualifications

• Completed university degree with a focus on Human Resources, Personnel Development, or a comparable qualification
• At least 4 years of professional experience in Human Resources in Germany
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience in recruiting, personnel development, adult education, or organizational development
• Know-how in labor law
• Strong communication and consulting skills at all hierarchical levels
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
• Sense of responsibility and discretion in handling confidential data
• Strong communication skills and a confident, service-oriented demeanor
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• High commitment, sense of responsibility, and enthusiasm for shaping things
