HR Controller Representative (m/w/d)

As HR Controller Representative (m/w/d), you will provide decision-relevant analyses and forecasts on all personnel-related key figures. You will design reports, accompany planning processes, and develop tools and structures for modern HR controlling further.

Tasks

• Self-responsible processing of ad-hoc inquiries and regular evaluations on personnel statistics
• Preparation of legally required data collections and coordination with internal and external parties
• Production and alignment of actuarial data reports for bAV, insolvency insurance, and regulation purposes
• Participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings including reporting to internal and external recipients
• Coordination of auxiliary work and preparation of reports such as status report, sustainability report, and remuneration report
• Support of the personnel planning process through detailed analyses and cost planning
• Maintenance and updating of the organizational structure in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM

Qualification

• Completed studies as an economist (m/w/d) with a focus on controlling, personnel or accounting or similar educational background
• Professional experience in the field of HR controlling or comparable environment
• Analytical working style, high numerical affinity and willingness to develop existing tools and processes further
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as ESRS and ARegV is advantageous
• Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ideally experience with Power BI or Power Query
• English language skills at least on the B2 level
