Tasks

The position includes responsibility for the proper, timely, and high-quality preparation of regulatory and statistical reporting. You will analyze regulatory innovations, assess their impact on processes, data management, and our organization, and continuously develop the reporting system to meet future regulatory requirements and to accompany the implementation of new regulatory provisions. You will ensure high data quality and contribute to sustainable data and process governance by developing efficient, digital, and preferably automated reporting processes together with the business units. In your central interface function, you will coordinate cooperation between Sales, Market Operations, Accounting, Controlling, Risk Controlling, IT, and external service providers. You will also support internal and external audits and serve as a competent point of contact for supervisory authorities and auditors. Finally, you will actively participate in projects for the further development of regulatory reporting as well as the data and IT landscape.


Profile
  • You have successfully completed a degree in Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
  • Ideally, you have professional experience in the regulatory or statistical reporting of a credit institution.
  • You are interested in regulatory developments and know how to translate complex requirements into practice in a structured manner.
  • You think analytically, work carefully, and have a strong understanding of data, processes, and interrelationships.
  • You enjoy further developing existing processes and actively driving digitization and automation.
  • You work independently, are solution-oriented, and communicate confidently with different departments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and the willingness to familiarize yourself with new applications and technologies complete your profile.
