To strengthen our management team at our headquarters in Edemissen, we are looking for a/n Referent/in (m/w/d), who shares our values and is eager to shape the further development of our company group.

Tasks

• Participation in strategic further development
• Attendance at management meetings (including preparation)
• Taking over own areas of responsibility and steering special projects
• Closely working with facility managers, department heads, and external partners
• Ensuring a transparent information and communication flow
• Creating presentations, protocols, and decision-making documents
• Supporting the management team in organizational, administrative, and strategic tasks
• Time management, travel planning, and preparation of meetings

Qualification

• Completed university degree in any field
• A comprehensive CV
• High self-initiative, organizational skills, and solution-oriented thinking
• Discretion, reliability, and a professional, friendly demeanor
• Very good MS-Office skills and affinity for modern digital working methods
• English language skills in writing and speaking
• Stress resistance and willingness to travel
• Pleasure in taking responsibility in a family-like environment with flat hierarchies
• Passion for meaningful tasks in the care context
