Referent (gn) Technik

The Building Industry Association East e.V. is as an employer and economic association the strong voice of the building industry in Berlin, Brandenburg, Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt. We represent the interests of our member companies vis-à-vis politics, economy and administration and offer them comprehensive consulting and support. Shape the future of the building industry with us! We are looking for you - preferably full-time - as a Referent (gn) Technik. Your tasks will include being responsible for technical and policy-related issues in the construction industry, such as planning and implementing projects, developing concepts and strategies, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining relationships with members and partners. You will also be involved in the development of new initiatives and projects, as well as in the evaluation and implementation of existing ones. In addition, you will support the association's communication and marketing activities, including the creation of content, social media management, and event organization. Your strong analytical skills, your ability to think strategically, and your excellent communication skills are essential for this role. You should have a degree in civil engineering or a related field, as well as several years of experience in the construction industry. Knowledge of German language is required.
