Referent *(gn) Private Banking Team

We are a successful, innovative cooperative bank in the district of Fürstenfeldbruck with a balance sheet total of approx. €2.1 billion, 13 branches, and 260 dedicated employees.

Responsibilities

• Support of Private Banking specialists in the preparation and follow-up of client appointments
• Active support in client care through independent preparation of asset structure analyses and presentations
• Coordination of client appointments/inquiries and activities in the market areas
• Independent processing of account and securities account openings, transactions - you will act as a liaison to internal specialist departments and partner companies (DZ Bank, Union Investment, DZ Privatbank)
• Independent handling of service and standard orders for all customer issues related to securities and depot business
• Ensuring smooth back-office operations and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Communication interface between clients & advisors as well as partner companies, also with a sales focus
• Support and administration of VR Bank FFB foundation management (including control function, contract control, certificates of donation)

Qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship – ideally in a banking environment
• Experience in securities business and advising affluent clients (private/corporate clients) or in an assistant role is an advantage
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Sales personality with strong negotiation and communication skills
• Independent work with enthusiasm and teamwork is a matter of course for you
• Proficient use of activity-specific IT applications
• Organizational talent with a high quality standard, independent way of working and adherence to deadlines
• Mobility within the business area as needed is essential from the Fürstenfeldbruck location
