We are seeking, on behalf of a renowned bank with its headquarters in Frankfurt, for direct placement at the earliest possible time.

Aufgaben

• You will act as an interface between management, personnel department, and personnel service.
• You will develop and be responsible for the implementation of conceptual questions, including regulations on overtime and regulatory requirements (e.g. IVV), compensation and working time models in the banking sector, and prepare board and decision-making documents.
• You are responsible for preparing, accompanying, and implementing topics related to works councils.
• You will work independently on projects and implement operational HR measures.
• You will ensure compliance with labor law, tariff, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifikation

• Completed degree in law, economics or comparable qualification.
• Multiple years of professional experience in the HR field, ideally in a regulated environment (e.g. financial services, banks, insurance companies).
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and ideally collective and company law.
• Experience in cooperation with works councils and committee work is advantageous.
• A high degree of self-initiative, structured and solution-oriented working style.
• Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills.
• Communication strength, sovereignty, and team orientation.
