Referent for External Trade Law (m/w/d)

We are looking for you to work as „Referent for External Trade Law (m/w/d)“ on behalf of our partner company in Munich, a leading research institute.

Tasks

• As Referent for External Trade Law (m/w/d), you will work on building and developing a risk-oriented, science-based compliance structure with
• You will create, update, and standardize guidelines, templates, recommendations, and checklists for practical use
• You will support in evaluating questions in the area of export control and external trade law
• You will conceptualize and conduct training sessions as well as sensitization measures for employees
• You will work with internal interfaces (e.g. customs, procurement, ...) as well as external partners such as authorities and consultants

Qualification

• You hold a completed degree (e.g. economics, law, or social sciences) or equivalent qualification
• You possess knowledge of external trade law, export control law, and ideally compliance
• Ideal candidates bring technical basic understanding as well as experience in creating and conducting target-group-oriented training sessions
• Excellent communication skills, team ability, analytical thinking, and a solution-oriented and structured approach round out your legal profile
• You have very good German language skills
