As part of this, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to support us in the field of export control and foreign trade law. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as the Foreign Trade Act (Außenwirtschaftsgesetz) and the Export Control Regulation (Verordnung über den Export von Gütern und Technologien), as well as supporting the development of export control strategies and procedures. Your tasks will include conducting risk assessments, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement, and developing measures to mitigate these risks. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with relevant authorities and stakeholders, such as the Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (Bundesamt für Wirtschaft und Ausfuhrkontrolle) and the German Federal Ministry of Defence (Bundesministerium der Verteidigung).
