Representative of the Board (m/w/d)

In your role as Representative of the Board (m/w/d), you will work closely with the four members of the board of Sparkasse Karlsruhe and the colleagues in the board department. You will support the board in processing and coordinating various strategic, organizational, and operational topics and contribute to preparing decisions and steering central tasks.

Tasks

• Personal representative of the chairman
• Support in developing and implementing the strategy of Sparkasse Karlsruhe
• Conceptual, business-political, operational, and coordinating support for the board department

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in banking or bank management
• Fundamental experience in the banking sector and deep knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g. KWG, CRD, CRR, MaRisk)
• Ideal candidate has experience in processing and preparing strategic and regulatory issues
• As personal requirements, you bring a confident demeanor, good communication skills, particularly persuasion and assertiveness abilities, as well as the ability to analyze complex situations and texts and extract key themes. You have independent and structured working habits, good prioritization, high decision-making and responsibility readiness, and are eager to develop innovative solutions. You also bring time flexibility with you. Additionally, accompanying the board to appointments is planned.
