About the Position

We are looking for a motivated, integrated, and analytically thinking person as Assistant to Management (m/w/d) to directly support our management. In this strategic key role, you will act as a link between management and first-level leadership. If you combine technical understanding of the construction industry with business acumen and can expertly prepare complex issues, we need you in the RM team!

The Tasks

• Supporting management across all technical topics and processes
• Internal analyses and information gathering for preparing decisions or projects
• Taking on project tasks independently
• Creating concepts, presentations, and reports

The Key Competencies

• Degree in construction engineering, economics, or similar qualification
• Knowledge in areas such as project management, company development, process organization, and data analysis
• Interest in technical and commercial challenges
• Communication skills and enjoyment of complex connections
