As a consolidation of 48 local authorities, Laber-Naab Infrastruktur GmbH is implementing the largest municipal fiber project in Bavaria. Together with our shareholder municipalities, we are creating high-performance digital infrastructure for the future.

We are looking for an engaged personality who works closely with management, takes responsibility, and actively shapes complex projects.

Tasks

• Supporting management in all organizational, administrative, and project-related matters
• Prior and post-processing of meetings, sessions, committees, and decision-making documents
• Creating protocols, presentations, and evaluations
• Coordination and tracking of projects and project documentation
• Proof of performance and documentation for funding agencies
• Interface and coordination with municipalities, project partners, planning offices, construction supervision, and authorities
• Reporting, monitoring, and preparing project-related key figures
• SUPPORTING THE STRUCTURING AND FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF INTERNAL PROCESSES
• Organizing and coordinating special topics near management

Qualification

• Completed studies (e.g. economics, public administration, project management) or comparable qualification or several years of professional experience
• In-depth knowledge of project management, the funding environment, and ideally the public sector
• Very good organizational skills and a structured, self-responsible working style
• Outstanding communication strength and confident appearance towards internal and external partners
• Very good MS-Office skills; experience with project management tools is desirable
• A high level of discretion, reliability, and team orientation
• Understanding of technical and legal framework conditions in the infrastructure and funding environment is advantageous
