As a Compliance Referent, you will shape the further development of our Compliance Management System in an internationally active retail group. You will combine regulatory requirements with practical solutions, use data for risk assessment, and digitalize processes.

What you will achieve with us

• You will develop effective measures for our international retail group, taking into account regulatory requirements and corporate framework conditions
• You will manage central topics such as anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, and anti-money laundering across the group and anchor them in a risk-based manner in policies, processes, and business partner due diligence
• Together with specialist departments such as purchasing, IT, logistics, finance, and internal audit, you will identify, assess, and monitor risks
• You will advise managers and specialist departments on regulatory and risk-based issues and support well-founded decisions
• You will design target-group-specific training and communication measures and strengthen awareness for integrity in everyday work
• You will further develop key performance indicators, reporting, and monitoring approaches and use data analysis, automation, and AI to optimize existing processes

What you bring with you

• A completed degree or a comparable qualification forms the basis of your profile
• You ideally bring several years of professional experience in compliance, internal audit, risk management, or governance from a corporate or retail environment
• You possess in-depth knowledge of compliance management systems, anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, and third-party risk management
• You confidently analyze interrelationships between risks, processes, data, and business models and derive suitable measures from them
• You can communicate complex issues in an audience-appropriate manner and present yourself confidently to various specialist departments and hierarchy levels
• You are characterized by strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and very good German and English language skills
