Reference Complaint Management (m/w/d) Full-time in the DZ BANK Group

The GENO Broker GmbH is the online broker within the cooperative financial group. As a 100% subsidiary of the DZ BANK AG, we cooperate with the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanks in the securities business. In this context, we offer our customers' deposits and an innovative trading platform - digitally and on-site at the branch.

Tasks

• You process and coordinate customer complaints independently in the securities and deposit business.
• You analyze and evaluate complaint cases under consideration of professional, regulatory, and procedural requirements.
• You ensure a conclusive processing of complaints in consultation with the department.
• You identify error sources, weaknesses, and recurring causes of complaints and support the department and process management in implementing improvement measures and process optimizations for sustainable quality improvements and customer satisfaction.
• You support evaluations, analyses, and reports on complaint cases and quality development.

Qualification

• You have a banking education or equivalent qualification.
• You ideally already have some experience in the securities business.
• You possess an excellent language feeling and are able to accurately, clearly, and address-specifically execute partly complex cases.
• First experiences with agree21 and WPdirect as well as a high IT affinity are advantageous.
• You have a hands-on mentality, are flexible, and work very well in a team, being open to innovations and bringing your own ideas. Reliability and sense of responsibility, as well as high social competence, are essential pillars of your working style.
