Redhat Engineer_L3 Support

Key Responsibilities Maintain RHEL Server environments and Openshift clusters, ensuring high availability, scalability, andsecurity. Configure and manage RHEL and Kubernetes Cluster in Openshift environment, optimizing resourceutilization and performance. Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RHEL applications and infrastructure. Develop and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and procedures related to RHEL and Openshift deployments. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in bringing innovative solutions to the team. Collaborate with development teams to design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automating applicationdeployment and updates Ability to handle L3 operations and escalations.Technical Skills:
 Hands on experience on RHEL (Redhat Enterprise Linux). Proven experience as an RedHat certified Engineer or similar role, with a strong track record inmanaging and troubleshooting RHEL environments. Deep understanding of RHEL basics and Openshift architecture including deployment strategies andadministration. Solid understanding of Linux operating systems, networking, and security principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues. Effective communication and collaboration skills, enabling seamless teamwork and knowledgesharing. Relevant certifications in Redhat are added advantage.
Qualification Required Bachelor's degree in engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. Red Hat certification (RHCE) preferred, demonstrating your mastery of Red Hat technologies andsolutions.
