Editor & Content Sparring (m/w/d) - Minijob, Remote

We are looking for an experienced editor who works directly with people and develops content in conversation. Our brand WhyWords is working at the interface of positioning, content, and impact – with a clear focus on LinkedIn. Our clients are not anonymous brands but personalities with a clear stance and expertise.

We're not looking for a classic editor, but someone who can develop content in dialogue with our clients. The role is close to our clients, dialog-oriented, and content-demanding: It's about making thoughts tangible, identifying relevant themes from conversations and context, and developing a clear line for content, rather than just writing texts.

Aufgaben

• Direkt exchange with clients (regular conversations, sparring)
• Identifying key themes from conversations and context
• Structuring thoughts and contents for LinkedIn
• Translation of conversations into clear themes and briefings for the editorial team
• Guiding and further developing editorial drafts (less writing, more sharpening)
• Accompanying clients over a longer period
• Maintenance and use of an internal dashboard for theme management
• Ensuring that content fits the person (voice, clarity, focus)

Qualifikation

• Background in Redaktion, Journalismus, Kommunikation, Psychologie or comparable
• Experience working with people and developing content in conversation
• Able to ask good questions and structure thoughts
• Sensitivity for positioning, language, and impact
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and Personal Branding
• You don't primarily want to write – but understand and develop
• Sovereign in direct exchange with clients
• Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise

• Knowledge in (media-)psychology or coaching-related contexts
