Functional and Technical IT Writer

Solution SFT is looking for a Functional and Technical IT Writer

In this position you will be involved in a client project that falls under the public sector in Quebec City;

The work will be done mainly remotely

Responsibilities:

 Create, revise, document and publish in French the following elements for internally developed software:

o Technical documents according to the evolution;

o Conventions and standards of interfaces and reports;

o Online help and product knowledge base;

o Trainer's guide;

o Technical guides;

o Test plans;

 Understand the use of products in order to write, illustrate and keep product manuals up to date;

 Write, revise, classify and disseminate documents related to DRI activities;

 Work with development teams and business analysts to extract all technical information relevant to writing.
