You will contribute to the well-being and health of residents by ensuring high-quality care within our elderly care facility - Plan and administer daily care adapted to individual needs of residents - Collaborate with medical and paramedical teams to coordinate interventions and treatments necessary - Ensure continuous surveillance and evaluation of residents' health status with rigor and attention - Promote a safe and respectful environment by following hygiene and safety standards - Actively listen and support residents and their families to foster a benevolent and empathetic approach
An unprecedented proposal for this position:
- Contract: CDI
- Salary: 15 euros / hour (to be determined based on profile and experience)
