About this role

From January 2027, we are looking for a recruitment intern to strengthen our team. At Zonneplan, the team is constantly growing, and you will play a direct role in that. You will be responsible for recruiting the new cohort of interns and working students. From conversations with hiring managers and writing vacancy texts to conducting job interviews and making the final choice. You will receive guidance in this, but also a lot of personal responsibility and room for initiative.

You will work closely with the recruitment team and have daily contact with hiring managers, candidates, and sometimes educational institutions. The lines are short, the atmosphere is open, and working hard goes hand in hand with having fun. Everything you do contributes to plan Zero: finding the right people who, together with all colleagues, work towards a Netherlands without fossil fuels.

Requirements:

• You are pursuing a higher professional education (HBO) in HRM, Business Administration, or a comparable study and are available for at least four days a week.
• You see opportunities, contribute ideas, and develop them.
• You understand who you are dealing with and effortlessly adapt your communication style accordingly, whether you are calling a candidate, briefing a hiring manager, or writing a vacancy text.
• You are socially oriented and enjoy working together, but also have the analytical ability to assess whether a candidate truly fits the team and role.
