Who are we?

Cordaan is a leading healthcare organization in Amsterdam and our recruitment department plays a crucial role in attracting, selecting, and retaining talent. Our team consists of eight enthusiastic recruiters who work every day to optimize our recruitment process. We continuously seek creative ways to get people excited about working in healthcare, such as job fairs or through career change programs. Within the Human Resources, Quality, and Innovation department (HRK&I), over 100 people work, divided into various teams such as HR Advice, HR Operations, HR Expertise, Absence, Recruitment, and Learning and Development. So, you will be entering a large and dynamic HR environment!

Your tasks as an intern

During your internship, you will be responsible for all sorts of fun and challenging tasks! Such as:

→ Maintaining contact with hiring managers and candidates;

→ Proactively recruiting using the right target group strategy;

→ Drafting vacancy texts;

→ Assisting with screening CVs;

→ Conducting (telephone) interviews with candidates;

→ Managing candidate databases;

→ Related administrative tasks.

Additionally, you will get the opportunity to help with:

→ Analyzing recruitment data and trends;

→ Improving the candidate experience;

→ Participating in career fairs, recruitment campaigns, and the monthly event 'Jobs and Bitterballs'!
