Recruitment Specialist

Job description:

• Implementation of recruitment processes in the Polsat Plus Group, with a focus on dedicated positions for customer service;
• Verification of assigned recruitments, including budget plans, current organizational structure;
• Ongoing cooperation with HR Business Partners and Recruitment Specialists;
• Care about high-quality recruitment processes and development of selection methods.
• Participation in employer branding activities related to building the image of the Group.
• A fixed-term contract (to replace our absent colleague).

Nasze oczekiwania:

• Experience in independent implementation of recruitment projects;
• Effective organization of implemented recruitment processes using various sources of candidate acquisition;
• Experience in establishing competency profiles for recruited positions;
• Skill in building partner relationships during cooperation with clients (managers, directors) assigning the recruitment process;
• Initiative and proactivity in seeking solutions;
• Communicativeness, orientation towards cooperation.
