Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and well-organized Recruitment Specialist to join our team in the construction industry. If you're passionate about human resources and have a positive, initiative, and creative attitude, we invite you to contribute to:

• Implementing recruitment strategies
• Completing the entire recruitment process for various positions
• Creating and posting job announcements for available positions
• Screening CVs and contacting candidates for interviews and feedback
• Creating and maintaining a database of candidates
• Using recruitment platforms and social networks to attract suitable candidates
• Pulling together and managing specific documentation for the hiring process

Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment (minimum 2 years)
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and interaction skills with people
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Analytical and evaluation capabilities
• Efficiently managing relationships with each candidate
• Bachelor's degree (ideal in human resources)
• Knowledge of Italian language is an advantage
