Your challenges

As a Recruitment & Resource Specialist, you fill requests for IT personnel at existing and new customers, and you actively participate in the recruitment process.

• You participate in a dynamic team that provides IT infrastructure services to companies in the region
• You are the link between sales - recruitment - operations.
• You maintain contact with potential candidates and you discuss opportunities
• Together with the management, you manage the recruitment process (screenings, onboarding, CV management, sourcing partner management…).
• Via various channels, you try to find candidates interested in our requests in an attractive way.
• You do the complete administrative processing of the candidate data in our ATS system.
• Follow up interviews with clients.
• You fully follow up on the onboarding and provide a constructive evaluation and training plan for all (new) professionals.

Requirements

• You already have some first work experience. Preferably in recruitment or resource management in an IT infrastructure environment.
• You have a healthy interest in IT infrastructure.
• You are strong in building a network – both in person and via social media channels. You get energy from connecting with candidates.
• You have a commercial mindset. You think in possibilities and solutions and you act accordingly.
• You are communicative and you express yourself fluently in Dutch and English.
• You value collaboration and team spirit highly.
