The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to attract top talent and build a diverse workforce. Responsibilities: * Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, applicant tracking, and interview scheduling. * Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse workforce. * Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted recruitment plans. * Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the role. * Make recommendations on candidates and ensure that all necessary steps are taken to hire the best candidate for the job. * Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, including applicant tracking and interview notes. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * 2+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field. * Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
