We’re currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Resourcer! The Recruitment Resourcer or Recruitment Consultant is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day business requirements and providing talent search and interview support along with managing customer relationships (clients and candidates), to ensure the satisfactory delivery of our recruitment service. You are accountable for proactive client and candidate management and will assist our clients with finding the best people to staff their business. You’ll attract candidates, screen them, and match them to appropriate positions.
The role:
The Recruitment Resourcer or Recruitment Consultant is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day business requirements and providing talent search and interview support along with managing customer relationships (clients and candidates), to ensure the satisfactory delivery of our recruitment service. You are accountable for proactive client and candidate management and will assist our clients with finding the best people to staff their business. You’ll attract candidates, screen them, and match them to appropriate positions.
The role:
- Be a driving force in the success of the company’s goals and objectives through achieving individual quotas.
- Accurately identify client requirements
- Evaluate resumes and applications
- Source candidates using tools provided
- Assume responsibility of pre-interview screening and match the most suitable candidates to positions
- Create relationships with job seekers and provide advice
- Facilitate and finalise agreements/arrangements between candidate and employer, eg client and candidate periodic reviews/feedback, reference checks, arrange medicals, police checks, check licences and qualifications, and exit interviews.
- Manage client and candidate retention to achieve warranty periods
- Assist with new business development
- Provide support to the Director as required.
- Ability to identify client needs and deliver appropriate candidate
- Confident in making phone calls to potential new clients or to candidates to conduct phone screening
- The ability to follow process
- Strong communicator both verbally and in writing
- Results-driven
- Highly motivated self-starter, eager to learn and determined to adapt quickly
- Experience managing multiple concurrent client relationships
- Strong computer skills with the ability to type whilst listening, talking, and taking notes
- Trustworthy and the ability to work autonomously
- Strong desire to succeed professionally
- Proven experience as recruitment consultant or similar position
- Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques
- Commitment to your role and career
- 20-30 hours per week (negotiable)
- Negotiable rate based on experience
- Work from home (we’ll provide you with tools of trade such as laptop, printers, stationery, etc)
