Recruitment Programme Specialist - French speaker

Job Description The Programme Specialist will report to the Programme Manager and will be responsible for supporting the day to day operations of a managed workforce recruitment programme. We are looking for a recruitment professional with excellent recruitment process knowledge, stakeholder management experience and is comfortable working in a broad role that spans the entire recruitment life cycle. Previous experience in managing third party vendors, on-boarding and compliance would be highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Programme Specialist will also be responsible for ensuring all recruitment processes are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
