We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment professionals to join our Singapore team. In this agency role, you will play a pivotal part in driving recruitment success by combining strong commercial acumen with exceptional relationship‑building skills. What you’ll be doing:

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for roles across diverse industries.
• Drive business development: build client relationships, identify opportunities, and grow accounts.
• Source, engage, and place top talent using proactive search strategies.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and consultative advice to clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining strong candidate and client experience.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven agency recruitment experience, ideally in Tech (Engineering), Sales, Marketing, or E-commerce markets
• CEI certified in Singapore
• Strong commercial and sales mindset, with a track record of working towards targets and delivering results in a recruitment environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a competitive, fast‑moving environment.
• Knowledge of the Singapore recruitment market and talent trends across key tech, commercial and corporate functions is a plus
