Tyler Wren is seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Partner to join our Christchurch team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to replace a long-standing team member who is heading overseas on their OE. You’ll be taking over an established desk with existing client relationships within a specialist recruitment business known for long-term partnerships, quality delivery, and a genuinely supportive culture. The Role

• End-to-end 360 recruitment role
• Managing client relationships, business development and delivery
• Working within the Professional Services team
• Ownership of your desk, pipeline and relationships
• Christchurch-based role with hybrid flexibility

• An experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant/Partner, with professional services experience preferred but not essential
• Proven experience operating in a full 360 agency recruitment role
• Comfortable with business development and client management
• Confident in managing the full recruitment lifecycle
• Commercially minded and relationship-focused
• Looking for a professional, adult environment where you’re trusted
