This role is central to ensuring recruitment excellence, managing multiple stakeholders, and delivering exceptional candidate experience. Key responsibilities will include: • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs • Building strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and other key stakeholders • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of recruitment processes • Analyzing and reporting on recruitment metrics to inform future improvements • Maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
