We are seeking an entry-level Recruitment Coordinator / Candidate Resourcer to support our growing team in Perth. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in recruitment, with the opportunity to learn both talent sourcing and the basics of Australian labour law. About the Role: * Assist with the full recruitment life cycle. * Screening of resumes and shortlisting suitable candidates. * Conducting initial candidate interviews via phone and video. * Reference checking. * Manage job postings across various platforms. * Administrative duties to support the team. About You: * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Attention to detail. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is advantageous but not essential.
