Were now looking for a talented Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Newcastle-under-Lyme. This is a 50/50 role, combining new business development with candidate sourcing, across any industry sector giving you the flexibility to work in the markets you know best or explore new ones.The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, youll be responsible for managing the full 360 recruitment cycle, from winning new business to delivering exceptional candidates to your clients.Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities through sales calls, networking, and meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in any industry, understanding their hiring needs and business culture.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them to the right roles.
• Manage job adverts, applications, and candidate databases effectively.
• Negotiate offers and manage the placement process to a successful conclusion.
• Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets.

About You

• Previous experience in recruitment or sales is essential.
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Resilient, competitive, and self-motivated.
