About the role

Due to opening on office on the Gold Coast in February 2026, we are looking to attract Recruitment Consultants and Senior Recruitment Consultants across temp and perm to join us as we embark on a period of growth in Queensland.

We are specifically looking to attract Sydney Recruitment Consultants with experience in our market verticals looking for a sea change to the sunshine state and embark on a new way of life.

We are starting the office with one of our Senior Associate Directors who has been with the business for close to 15 years.

We aim to begin with 4-5 people but will be looking to grow to 15-20 over the first two years in business. This will be a mix of contract / temp and permanent recruitment.

We will be looking to recruit across multiple industries and verticals in the built environment (construction, engineering, architecture, renewables)

We aim to build off our success in Sydney and be a go-to and trusted recruitment partner for a range of clients, new and old, particularly those involved in projects for the Brisbane Olympics in 2032.

Skills and Experience

• Successful track record in business development within a 360 recruitment environment
• Strong background in managing the delivery of permanent recruitment services
• Customer-centric, long-term relationship approach
• Growth / continuous improvement mindset
• Desire to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Industry knowledge in manufacturing desirable but not essential
