Key Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of client needs and challenges through consultations and discussions.
• Source candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to negotiating job offers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to clients.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in a consultancy or agency environment.
• Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup.

Benefits

Monthly salary between R30000 and R35000 depending on experience plus a lucrative commission structure.
