About the Role This is a dynamic, end-to-end recruitment position where every day brings new challenges and opportunities. You'll be responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, sourcing quality candidates, and delivering successful recruitment solutions across a variety of industries.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities throughout the South Island.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Source, screen, interview, and place high-quality candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial client engagement through to placement and aftercare.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets while maintaining high service standards.
• Represent Quantum Staffing Solutions with professionalism and integrity.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous recruitment and/or sales experience (blue-collar recruitment experience is highly regarded).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team culture.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• A passion for helping businesses and people succeed.
• A current Full New Zealand Driver Licence.
