Gi Group, a company of Gi Group Holding, is looking for a figure to join the team of the branch: RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT PREFERIBILMENTE APPARTENENTE ALLE CATEGORIE PROTETTE (L.68/99) What you will be responsible for: In this role, within the branch team, you will have the responsibility of research and selection and personnel management, collaborating with the team to achieve the assigned objectives. You will support client companies in analyzing their needs, orienting them towards the best solution and profile, providing professional advice thanks to the innovative tools at your disposal. You will handle contracts for supply, extensions, and deadlines, as well as employment documents, injuries, and illnesses. Main activities: · Manage the research and selection process; · Acquire candidate applications by publishing searches on major job portals and managing relationships and channels in the territory; · Update the company database with the qualifications of identified profiles; · Present selected candidates to companies; · Manage hiring and post-hiring phases. If you are the ideal person if: You have mature experience in the field of Labor Agencies or human resources in structured contexts. You have a degree preferably in humanities-economic fields, an interest in the world of human resources, and a strong desire to put yourself to the test. Important also is a good knowledge of English, given the international dimension of the company, and excellent use of the office package. Completing the profile: teamwork skills, strong orientation towards achieving objectives, dynamism, flexibility, and organizational skills.
