Your role in our team.

Tasks.

We don't have something like a typical workday at our company. We continuously develop ourselves as an organization and expect the same from you. In doing so, we offer you a broad and diverse range of tasks that we would be happy to weight according to your individual strengths.

• As Recruitment Consultant (m/w/d), you are part of our recruiting team and support our customers in finding the right professionals
• You are in close exchange with the managing directors or responsible personnel from our customers
• You are responsible for actively searching and approaching suitable candidates
• In telephone and video interviews, you enthuse candidates about our positions and stand by their side as a competent point of contact during the recruitment process
• You build a network of candidates to always keep an eye on the labor market
• You identify and use need-based new sourcing channels and sources to successfully approach potential candidates
• You are also responsible for negotiating contracts with candidates
• You bring yourself into the strategic development of TaxIt Consulting

• You have completed a degree, the field of study plays no role
• You have drive, are proactive, bring a hands-on mentality, are flexible, work precisely and conscientiously, and are reliable
• You are sympathetic and can convince people of your ideas
• You can manage projects and prioritize tasks sensibly
• Professional experience is not necessary, but it's not a disadvantage if you've gained some experience
• You want to primarily work in the office and not just in home office
