• Main Point of Contact: You advise both sides partnership-style and ensure smooth communication throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Active Sourcing and Process Guidance: You find suitable talents from the banking sector through LinkedIn and other channels for our customers. For this, you take over the entire communication with suitable talents.
• Talent Acquisition and Customer Relationship Management: You support in gaining new customers and nurture long-term partnerships.
• Strategy Development: You keep an eye on the market in the banking sector and develop targeted strategies for sustainable customer acquisition.

Qualification

You bring this with you

• a completed commercial training or study
• Communication strength and secure negotiation skills
• A strong customer orientation and sales strength
• High motivation and clean, self-responsible work
