Thanks to newly signed preferred supplier agreements with some of the country's leading national construction contractors, we're expanding. As a result, we're looking for a driven and dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Sydney.

In this role, you'll be pivotal in managing and growing a warm, engaged client portfolio, a mix of repeat business clients and exciting new relationships.

Whether you're an experienced construction recruiter or new to the construction space, you'll be supported by:

We're looking for someone who is proactive, people-focused, and driven to make an impact. Ideally, you'll bring:

• Previous experience in recruitment or sales within a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong time management skills and the ability to think critically under pressure
• A keen eye for detail and the creativity to solve problems outside the box
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• A growth mindset - someone who's hungry to learn, improve, and go further
• Natural ability to build long-term relationships and maintain trust with clients and candidates
